Mystery Shopping

What is mystery shopping? For businesses and organizations, it's a prime opportunity to assess and evaluate processes, products, services, and customer interactions, based on the visits and experiences of actual prospective customers.

For colleges and universities, mystery shopping offers the opportunity to focus on specific processes and/or problem areas regarding the campus visit from the prospective students' (and/or parents') points of view. "Shoppers" will be instructed to look for specific experiences and information, as well as to evaluate the visit and contact process.
